Welcome back, Elena
Admissions and marketing in one place. Today's pipeline, today's actions, today's signal.
Hi Elena — here's what I'm seeing across admissions and marketing this morning.
A-Levels launch is the headline this week. 40 active applications for Year 12 against a 30 target — pipeline-depth ratio is below the 2x we'd want at this stage of a Sixth Form launch, so I'd widen the campaign if we don't see ~10 new applications by mid-June. The 28 May information evening has 60 registered, mostly current Year 10-11 families.
Three offer responses came in overnight — two accepted (a Year 4 family from Mokotów and a Year 12 IB candidate), one declined (Year 7 family from Munich, citing relocation timing). Cycle yield is now 82% — two points above last spring at the same point. Year 4 is at capacity with a waitlist; recommend pausing paid spend there.
38 re-enrolment confirmations are still pending past their internal deadline. Outreach drafts queued for your review. Forbes Polska has opened a press window for late-June IB-results coverage — pitch ready when you are.
